Resolute is executing the management and subsequent disposal of large, multi-asset, real estate portfolios across the SEE. An opportunity has arisen for a proactive, commercially minded individual to participate in the portfolio management process, identifying and carrying out targeted asset-level value enhancement strategies through to assets sales. The role consists primarily of managing and implementing asset strategies and disposals for a large volume of real estate assets across all sectors.
