What’s important for you when choosing a new working place?
Working in a large and reputable organization, your workplace is comfortable and everything is predictable, it sounds more or less as not to take responsibility for your own development.
It is no secret that in big companies work is highly structured, development opportunities, although they exist, are limited and rare from one moment on, creativity is brought to minimum, and the "comfortable" middle management staff serves as a barrier between the owners and creative workers in the lowest hierarchical level, then it is logical to ask what kind of people are we?
