and Financial Control

We are currently looking for a goals-oriented and pro-active professional to join the company as Chief Accountant and Financial Control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sets the company’s financial strategy in collaboration with the Executive Management Team and drives the achievement of operations and company benchmarks;
• Manages the financial budget, planning and analysis required for IBG’s strategic purpose, vision, core values and mission;
• The creation of accurate and timely management reports actual results, mid-quarter and quarterly forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc requests;
• Manage the preparation of annual financial statements, budgeting, annual reporting of revenue, and audits;
• Monitoring and coordination of all accounting activities;
• Setting up and monitoring budgets;
• Experience creating and giving executive-level financial and data-focused presentations;
• Decision support and incremental analyses modeling;
• Coordinate and support requests across departments;
• Development, implementation and monitoring of compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures within the company;
• Management and control planning and implementation of comprehensive financial and accounting activities of the company;
• Guidelines for the application of the internal financial rules, including. of working with customers and suppliers;
• Controls over the accuracy, completeness and preparation and submission within the legally required financial and accounting documents;
• Control over implementation of proper accounting and accounting information in the system used;
• Relationships with external auditors - the negotiation of prices, schedules, preparation of necessary documents and information in the audit;
• Preparation and submission of reports and statements for purposes of management;
• Analysis of financial information relating to new projects in the investment phase and reporting;
• Preparation, by request of the Director of Finance and Administration, Sales Director, Executive Director and members of the Board of Directors, analyzes and reports necessary for making;
• Develop, motivate and coach accounting staff to achieve high performance and productivity in line with company’s goals and objectives;
• Development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures with regard to legal requirements and company's international standards.

Requirements to candidate:

• Master degree in Economics: Finance, Accounting and Controlling;
• Professional experience in the area - min. 5 years;
• High level knowledge of IFRS, local taxation and legal framework;
• Knowledge of budgeting;
• Experience in managing people;
• Very good communication & prioritization of tasks;
• Very good computer literacy - Word, Excel, Internet, accounting software;
• Very good command of English (written and spoken);
• High self-motivation and initiative level.
