Now we are looking for Sales Director to Lead the Team into New Era in Online Advertising Sales.
Management Responsibilities:
- Set objectives, organize and control of the employees within sales department.
- Manage sales channels and related revenue.
- Manage sales materials (presentations/brochures).
- Manage target setting & evaluation process.
- Manage/Develop System for tracking and measuring performance of sales team members, including KPIs for individual and company totals (e.g. CRM operation).
- Analyze market information and process changes and area of development.
- Guide and coach the sales team members.
- Understand and manage individual performance.
- Responsible for the performance and management of all departments in the Sales area.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving total company Sales Targets.
- Sales and Relationships for Key Advertisers – including for major new packages.
- Responsible for preparing sales strategy and specific development plans for key customers.
- Responsible for structuring and ensuring the delivery of all sales reports to internal customers for sales results, as well as on sales pipeline and conversion probabilities.
- Manage and develop relationship management of advertisers and advertising agencies.
- Increase our influence on the market, via agencies, with advertisers, and for key industries where online advertising is in early stage.
- Penetrating new sales/revenue channels (including technology channels, partnerships).
Technical Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement overall vision and development strategy for revenue growth.
- Develop systems for forecasting and target setting.
- Develop and improving of appropriate and competitive selling strategies and packages for the company.
- Develop new revenue opportunities incl. IVAS (Internet Value Added Services).
- Controlling and coordinating the traffic and inventory management and reporting (administration of the banner system).
- Develop classifieds advertising, and special funding revenues (e.g. EU programs).
- Support and provide key input for strategy plans for individual projects and website development plans.
Requirements to candidate:
- Managerial experience – min. 3 years.
- Sales and/or marketing experience – min. 5 years.
- Master degree in Economics: preferably in management, marketing, sales, finance or BA.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales leads management.
- Basic knowledge about online advertising formats, metrics, and the advertising market is a must.
- High Energy, Team-player, willing to share his/her success, and support the success of other team-members.
- Very good communication & presentation skills.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
