Our client provides solutions which facilitate commerce between the worlds biggest companies and the suppliers who support them.

For their new Sofia based office we are looking for:

Technical Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Contact suppliers via phone, e-mail and the companys ticketing system and completing the technical mappings and connections to allow suppliers to submit electronic invoices, typically through EDI, CSV, or XML formats.
  • Work closely with the Supplier Account Managers to handle the supplier transition onto the solution.
  • Set up the supplier on solution accurately within the agreed Terms and Condition and timeframe.
  • Guide suppliers through the transition process and respond to questions/queries/concerns that suppliers might have related to the technical aspect of the solution.
  • Use provided ticketing tools to accurately track all communication with a supplier and its progress.
  • Report the progress of each active e-invoicing campaign on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B data integration.
  • Knowledge on file types like EDI, XML, and CSV.
  • Knowledge base on connectivity methods like FTP, sFTP, AS2.
  • Ability to understand the business-to-business transactions that occur in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong phone and e-mail etiquette.
  • Excellent written and oral English skills.
