Our client provides solutions which facilitate commerce between the worlds biggest companies and the suppliers who support them.

For their new Sofia based office we are looking for:

Technical Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support for the company's solutions.
  • Work closely with Fortune 500 companies and their suppliers in a professional and friendly way.
  • Use your customer service experience to ensure our entire support process exceeds customer expectations.
  • Effectively and efficiently assist customers and gather relevant data using email, phone and our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with our Engineering and Professional Services teams as needed to resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • Very good command of a second language - French, German, Spanish.
  • A background working in a help-desk or support capacity is also ideal.
  • Demonstrable ability to go the "extra mile" ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Previous work experience in a B2B environment is highly desirable.
