For one of our clients, we are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant with English.
• Provide complete administrative support with planning and logistics of company’s management meetings, strategic sessions and appointments;
• Handle travel arrangements - Book flights and hotels in Bulgaria and abroad by mail mainly or by telephone;
• Managing office space, property and office budget;
• Personally, accountable for office materials, petty cash and company assets;
• Systemize and delegate different types of e-correspondence and calls.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Previous professional experience on a similar role;
• Very good communication skills;
• Fluency in MS Office.
