Administrator – CRM (Customer Relationships Management)
Main responsibilities:

• Design and implement new functionalities of Customer Relation Management systems
• Document and maintain CRM system configuration and functionality
• Ensure the accuracy of the information entered into the system
• Supports the description of the business processes covered by the respective applications
• Supports the process of implementation and testing of new functionalities in the system
• Supports the customers in terms of information related to configuration and functionality of the system
Изисквания към кандидата
Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Knowledge in the area of customer oriented applications and processes
• Experience in system support and / or system configuration
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Able to deal with confidential issues and work under pressure
• Flexible and loyal and team-working personality
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
