Currently there is an open position for a Call Center Agent with Spanish

Responsibilities:
• Provide phone and email customer support and back office support
• Answer questions and requests
• Provide accurate and up to date information to clients
• Comply with the company's procedures
• Constantly improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Self motivated, pragmatic, friendly and communicative person
• Good attention to details
• Basic computer knowledge
