Corporate Retention Support Specialist
Main responsibilities:

• Work for satisfying needs and retention of existing corporate customers;
• Calculate and propose retention schemes for existing corporate customers;
• Identify the needs of existing corporate customers for retention;
• Participate in negotiations concerning retention with small and medium-sized customers;
• Perform telesales aiming at retention of corporate customers;
• Prepare contracts for re-signing, follow them during the process to their conclusion;
• Maintain retention data base of existing customers;
• Support the Corporate Executives in negotiations with existing large accounts;
• Work in close relationship with Corporate Sales Executives, Support and Retention specialists within the company;
• Report to the respective Head of Section.
Изисквания към кандидата
The position requires:

• University degree in International Economic Relations, Economics, Commerce, or related;
• Customer relationship experience, sales-oriented person;
• Understanding the importance of the retention process;
• Excellent negotiation, organizational and communication skills;
• Flexible and loyal team player;
• Fluency in English;
• Very good PC skills (MS Office, esp. Excel).
