Sutherland Global Services is looking for German speaking professionals for providing corporate help desk support to one of our strategic partners - a World Leader in Insurance Services out of our service center in Sofia, Bulgaria.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience
• Excellent command (verbal & written) of German and English languages
• 3+ months of experience in technical support, helpdesk or other in the IT sector is a must
• Basic knowledge MS - Word, Excel & Outlook
• Handle PCs / Notebooks effectively
• Hardware & network connectivity issues and troubleshooting experience in Windows XP, 2K, NT, MS Office, Active Directory, Symantec Antivirus and Checkpoint VPN will be a plus
• RIM Blackberry device assistance, troubleshooting will be a plus
• Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, & procedures within information technology
• Ability to prioritize and work calmly in a sometimes volatile environment
• Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills and have the ability to work independently
• A proactive and assertive work ethic
• Proven ability being a team player

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support and deliver effective security admin processes
• To work with ITIL methodologies and best practices where appropriate
• To sustain policies aligned with the business' needs, produce appropriate documentation, and ensure adherence to all SOX processes
• To govern processes and administration for all joiners, leavers, transfers, removals and privileged access for the local and global user community
• To supply communications and act as first point of contact when keeping end users informed of IT developments and procedures
• To ensure all compliance reporting is performed in a timely manner
• To offer first level support to the business and to react accordingly to any incidents
