For one of our clients – we are looking for E-Commerce Support Analyst with English, German, Spanish, French, Hebrew, Dutch or Italian
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming telephone and email inquiries from customers;
* Offering consumer service to end users in relation to a wide range of shoes, clothing and accessories;
* Contact customers via outbound phone calls and emails to resolve any order discrepancies;
* Build strong partnerships with clients and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
