What you will do:
• Work closely with the Global Group Controller (GGC) of the company, based in France
• Manage the agenda, organization and coordination of meetings and trips
• Travel bookings and diary management
• E-mail coordination and assistance with translations
• Prepare different type of analysis, surveys, reports and presentations
• Provide administrative support to other Senior Management members of the company
• Other administrative duties
