The ideal candidate will be a native or advanced English speaker,
specifically he/she will conform to the following criteria.
Experience, knowledge and skills required:
Proficiency in English is mandatory (C1 level or higher);
Good organizational skills;
Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word/Excel, SO Windows and other platforms;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Ability to approach and build stable business contacts with both government-related and private companies/institutions;
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines;
Interest in the tourism industry;
Attention to detail and company goals.
Previous experience in – or aptitude for – Customer Service using: phone, E-mail, Skype, etc..
Use marketing and communication skills to create new business ties with different government-related and private companies/institutions around the world;
Work with colleagues to accomplish company goals;
Report to Team Leader in regards to activities/duties that must be carried out, follow possible suggestions aimed at improving performance.
