Personal Assistant to Finance Director
Our client is a leading commercial, marketing and logistics company.

? University degree (Finance)
Previous experience on relevant position - at least 1 year
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English
? Excellent computer literacy
? Communication, skills for conversation and work in a team
? Motivation for work, organization, ability to prioritize
? Good skills for planning and time management
? Experience in business communication, correspondence and etiquette

? Accomplishment of secretarial duties
? Accomplishment of daily administrative tasks and support of Finance Director
? Maintain communication and business correspondence in Bulgarian and English
? Provide correct communication between the office of Finance Director and the other departments of the company
? Prepare reports and analysis for the needs of Finance Director
