Sandvik Coromant in EMEA is looking for a
Price & Discount Management Specialist
Guarantees the support to selected markets within EMEA organisation in order to achieve net price change and discount objectives.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
•Assures to plan and follow-up the price and discount processes for countries assigned.
•Assures to carry out pricing & discount simulations for key accounts assigned & local demands in countries assigned.
•Assures to analyse, advise and recommend action plan from country level to customer level.
•Assures to prepare and distribute price lists and customer price lists for assigned countries.
•Assures to monitor and follow-up the discount trends, and to perform discount benchmarking activities for assigned countries.
•Assures to give input on strategic/structural changes on product price positioning for assigned countries.
•Assures to provide information and training to assigned Local Sales organizations on pricing & discount.
•Assures to perform competitors prices follow-up in assigned countries.
•Assures to manage assigned projects to increase efficiency of our pricing strategy.
•University education in Economics or Marketing
•Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing and/or Pricing and/or Sales
•Competence in data management and analysis
•Fluent English language (written and verbal communication)
•Computer skills (advanced in Microsoft Excel)
•Ability to communicate at various levels, willingness to learn and work in a growing team.
•Good Planning & organising skills
•Ability to work across borders in “Virtual teams“
Flexible - successfull candidate can come from Czech rep, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria or Romania. He/she will be based in the country of his/her origin, in local Sandvik organization (Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, Sofia or Bucarest)
