operational achievement of turnover, profit and cost targets:
• Realization of the corporate strategy on the Bulgarian
market; • Development of new market opportunities; • Target setting and monitoring of the results; • Planning and realization of market communication; • Responsibility for budget in sales and profit, including fixed
costs and variable costs of the sales team.

A university degree in Automation Technology is expected and an
international MBA – degree would be advantageous. Excellent
management abilities are presupposed. Several years of experience
in the sales of products into the industry segments pneumatics,
mechatronics, hydraulics or automation is desirable.
We expect the candidate to have very good English skills and
communicational, and motivational abilities, in order to be able to
manage a team independently.
