Sales Director at FESTO Bulgaria

For the support of the team in Bulgaria, where FESTO has been active already since the early 60’s, we are searching for a dedicated personalit.

Key responsibilties:

Responsibility for the sales function in Bulgaria and for operational achievement of turnover, profit and cost targets:

• Realization of the corporate strategy on the Bulgarian market;
• Development of new market opportunities;
• Target setting and monitoring of the results;
• Planning and realization of market communication;
• Responsibility for budget in sales and profit, including fixed costs and variable costs of the sales team.

Изисквания към кандидата

A university degree in Automation Technology is expected and an international MBA – degree would be advantageous. Excellent management abilities are presupposed. Several years of experience in the sales of products into the industry segments pneumatics, mechatronics, hydraulics or automation is desirable.

We expect the candidate to have very good English skills and communicational, and motivational abilities, in order to be able to manage a team independently.
