Senior Manager Customer Experience – BTC Mobile (GSM/724)

• Responsibile for the management and delivery of an optimal customer experience, including customer lifecycle and introduction of new products and business rules throughout all customer touch points.
• Definition and continuous improvement of existing customer impacting processes.
• Design and implementation of customer impacting processes regarding the introduction of new products and business rules and changes in existing products and business rules
• Positive communication of changes that affect a customer’s experience
• Monitoring of competitive and industry wide experiences
• Ensuring consistent customer experience across all sales channels

Изисквания към кандидата
• Extensive experience in a customer service field in a fast changing environment
• Ideally experience or solid knowledge of GSM products and services
• Managerial experience in a customer facing position
• Staff Management experience
• Comprehensive understanding of process design and implementation
• Familiarity with customer service best practice
