Technical Support Expert with Italian

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication skills in ITALIAN and ENGLISH.
• Customer service orientation.

Required Technical Skills:
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, Windows OS, CISCO VPN and Siebel prefered.
• Intermediate knowledge on Hardware support ( Wi-Fi Printers; Wi-Fi Routers; laptops and laptop peripherals ).
• Experience in user support, application support would be a plus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing comprehensive technical support to medics (doctors, nurses and patients) in their native language.
• Organize and utilize all support resources provided including emails, documentation, contact lists, etc.
• Troubleshoot reported issues and resolve or escalate them.
• Core competencies of the position are consistent customer care within our quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
