A leading in itsТ area of expertise company is expanding itsТ activities related to business-to-business e-invoicing networking. In itsТ office, located in Sofia, the company is looking for new support team members to serve various customers all over the World. We are looking for talented, highly motivated team players with a passion for customer service.

The primary function of the Support Representatives is to respond and resolve client support requests, received by phone and e-mail and various Ad hoc projects, so that we can develop a genuinely customized solution for every customer.

YOUR PROFILE:

Essential

Х Excellency in English (both written and verbal);
Х Excellency in Spanish (both written and verbal);
Х Customer service orientation;
Х Excellent communication skills;
Х Good telephone manner;
Х General understanding of Internet services such as email, FTP, etc.;
Х Comfortable with using MS Office Applications suite;
Х Fast learning person with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

Х Knowledge of invoicing/accounting packages;
Х Data transfer protocols.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Х Record support requests, prioritizing and escalating as required;
Х To handle all incoming Customer e-mail/ telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner;
Х Managing outstanding issues and keeping clients informed;
Х Assisting the implementation of a Support Knowledge Base and similar process improvements.

EXPERIENCE:

Х Some experience in call/ support center or in service industry in general will be advantageous;
Х Previous work experience in an international environment will also be considered as an advantage.
