HR Consultant Sales Support
We are happy to present you the position of HR Consultant Sales Support for one of our major business lines - Enterprise Services/ES/. ES is one of the world’s leading services organizations, serving more than 400 of the Fortune 500 companies and more than 1,000 businesses and government agencies in 135 countries.

The role:

This role is part of the Human Capital Consulting (HCC) organization which is strategically aligned with sales to increase revenue by winning deals utilizing innovative, business-aligned, and cost effective HR solutions. Successful candidates will be required to work closely with the sales teams across regions (Americas, EMEA, APJ) to support them in understanding client’s HR needs during all stage of a proposal and to create end to end HR solutions for the deal that meet the needs of the client and HPE.

The principle job activities of the HR Consultant role are as follows:

• Creating HR solutions for outsourcing deals.
• HR Expertise – A solid working knowledge of HR areas such as staffing, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR Operations is very useful.
• Understanding of Employment Law – Appreciation and understanding of Acquired Rights Directive (ARD) legislation across core EMEA countries will be useful.
• Pursuit team engagement – Understand client’s HR requirements, advise the pursuit team on the people impact of the technical and business solution and develops HPE’s proposed HR solution. The HR consultant creates HPE’s people care approach and builds the HR story for the impacted employees.
• HR Sales Documentation – Respond to HR related questions in RFP’s (request for proposals)
• HR Costing/Financial Analysis – Understand people cost elements and develop cost HR model to include things such as transition costs, benefit harmonization, recruitment, etc. (Full training will be provided on how to do this costing)
• Due Diligence (DD) - Serve as the primary HPE HR point of contact (POC) for due diligence activities on a deal
• Workforce planning and staffing
• Governance – Working with senior stakeholders to get relevant approvals for the HR solutions and costs

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification/ membership
• 3-5 years of HR experience in at least one or more HR specialties
• Experience with Employee Transitions, Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestures, Outsourcing desirable
• Languages: Fluency in English; other languages advantageous
• Able to travel approximately 10% of the time
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, stress, peaks and valleys of deal work.
• Business acumen and financial analysis skills that links HR solutions to business outcomes.
• Influencing skills (able to give direction/guidance to people without formal authority)
• Strong project management, teambuilding, ability to deal in a fast paced environment
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project tools
• CIPD affiliation/membership an advantage
