One of our clients, an international company, is setting up a new Financial Services Center in Sofia. The aim of the FSC is to support the business and be known as a value creator through outstanding service and financial expertise.

Тoday we are giving you an opportunity to build your career development in their team at the position of:

Contract Administrator with Dutch and French

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely administration of contracts;
• Ensure contracts are activated according to SLA;
• Validating contracts and ensuring they are compliant with internal policies;
• Processing contract settlements on a daily basis;
• Processing of billing accounts;
• Monitoring and coordination of process deadlines;
• Providing administrative support to the clients.


• Contract administration experience;
• Leasing experience will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent command of Dutch, French and English;
• Attention to details;
• Understanding of finance agreements;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Very good time management skills.
