Currently, we are looking for a new enthusiastic and ambitious member to join our team as a Payroll Specialist.
• To manage the complete process of payroll and personnel administration within the company;
• To prepare and enter salaries on monthly basis;
• Generate and distribute required payroll reports on a scheduled basis (monthly, quarter etc).
• Maintain knowledge of payroll legislation and all laws impacting payroll;
• Responsible for the proper management of the personnel files of the employees in the company according to Group policies and Bulgarian labor law;
• Relevant university degree
• At least 1 year of previous experience in HR Administration
• Good knowledge of the Bulgarian labor legislation
• Very good knowledge of English language;
• Computer literacy - working with payroll software, MS Office/Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
• Very good communication skills
• Organized person, able to multitask
• Dynamic and pro-active person
• Positive and can-do attitude
