One of our most trusted clients – The Coca Cola Company - is about to launch a new IT Development and Delivery Center based in Sofia. The team will develop across a wide spectrum of IT disciplines, including Information Security, Robotics, SAP, Infrastructure, Cloud and Business Intelligence. They are building a great team of technologists who will drive the digitization of their enterprise.

Currently, we are supporting their search for a Collaboration Consultant:

Position Overview:
The Collaboration Consultant will be the subject matter expert for Collaboration computing environments. Deep technical knowledge in collaboration products such as O365 (exchange, skype, etc.), online file sharing, voice and video is required. The person will lead discussions and technical reviews of customer and company requirements, translate requirements into solutions in the Collaboration computing arena; mentor junior team members and seeks to engage broader GIT community to build solutions that align with GIT Strategies and objectives; create training materials for end users and other support staff including Help Desk and Client Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the evolution and integration of Collaboration technology and management
• Lead efforts to research and implement Collaboration products as appropriate
• Consult with business and IT projects to gather requirements and translate those requirements into Collaboration solutions. Provide estimates and/or designs to project teams. Lead any necessary integrations or builds for projects.
• Manage vendor relationship with SaaS providers
• Develop and consult on operational processes to support the Collaboration computing environment. This would include Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and life cycle planning.
• Create documentation for Operations, Help Desk, and Region IT personnel. Create training materials for End Users
• 3rd level support
• Mentor junior team members and Region IT personnel. Elevate skill sets to facilitate ‘shift left’ of work.
• New technology evaluation/selection
• Project delivery planning
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Assist in the evolution of Client Technologies capabilities including the interfaces used by employees to access the overall KO technology landscape.
• Substantial latitude, autonomy and authority to make decisions around Incident Management and issue resolution.
• Provide input to Annual Business Plan

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Technical Certifications are an advantage

Related Work Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in IT or relevant related field

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of collaboration concepts. Understanding of how to evaluate effectiveness and utilization of collaboration products is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 environment including Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with social tools including Facebook Workplace or Salesforce Chatter
• Knowledge of online file share technologies including Box
• Scripting skills including PowerShell
• Familiarity with collaboration technologies such as Jira and Atlassian
• Understanding of Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory
• Strong customer service orientation
• Understanding of software licensing and subscription models. Microsoft Enterprise Agreement licensing a strong plus. Ability to track and forecast licensing needs.
• Understanding of product integrations and APIs.
