Currently, we are looking for a seasoned professional to join our Human Resources team in Varna at the position of Compensation and Benefits Officer.

■ Ensure regular Group’s and entity’s reporting and monitoring for internal and external needs
■ Participate in developing and preparation of forecasts, budgets and analyses of headcount and staff costs budgets’ utilization, additional payments, bonusses and other benefits;
■ Participate in development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies;
■ Support the coordination and execution of annual compensation review process in accordance with approved compensation policy and the internal salary rules;
■ Participate in development and implementation of employees’ benefit packages. Analyze existing benefits packages. Propose new benefits or improvement of existing ones;
■ Participate in compensations and benefits surveys;
■ Support payroll and administration unit in case of need.

■ University degree in Economics, Business administration, HR or other relevant;
■ At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
■ Excellent command of English – written and verbal;
■ Excellent computer literacy, especially Excell and PowerPoint;
■ Strong organizational and communication skills;
■ Commitment and self-initiative, team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
