Responsibilities:
Project implementation and technical supervision of the
subcontractors or service partners.
Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers
independently or jointly with a technical support team.
Provide training for customers, subcontractors or service
partners.
Pre-sales support for testing, bidding or holding workshops in
the field of Wireless Network Solutions & Products such as
GSM/CDMA/UMTS.
Responsible for supporting sales management and customers in
establishing, developing and closing business opportunities in the
field of Network Solutions.
Responsible for all the presale support of Network products in
Bulgarian market.

Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication /
Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant experience.
Very Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following
products and solutions: wireless network including
GSM/CDMA/UMTS
Ability to implement and supervise installation, commission and
testing independently (including survey and acceptance).
Strong troubleshooting skills, FLM/SLM.
Good communication skills and learning capability.
