My name is Dimitrios Skouplios and I’m with Convergys for the last 7 years. I have experience with most of Consumer and Commercial Microsoft products and not only. I have provided trainings for different Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010 and 2013 as well as Active Directory, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering and Networking. I have also up-trained many engineers in various technologies. I have a very deep understanding and knowledge in Computers and IT technologies and specifically in Microsoft products and I’m eager to share this knowledge with a positive and optimistic attitude to anyone who’s willing to learn. Microsoft products and technologies are everywhere around us. I have been working in Convergys for almost 7 years, being involved in two Microsoft technical projects.
During the first 4 years, I focused on developing my knowledge and expertise in various consumer and commercial Microsoft products like Windows Client OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Servers, Exchange Servers, SharePoint Server and Lync Server. Having completed IT courses and gaining certifications assured a constant and successful growth.
Over the past 2.5 years I am a Trainer specialized in Cloud Technologies. As I took this role, I committed to share my knowledge using communication skills, encouragement and vast knowledge of learning styles to create welcoming and interactive learning environment for all trainees.
