The Anglo-American School, was established in 1967 to serve the needs of the international community in Bulgaria's capital city, Sofia. Currently, the school has over 380 students, aged 4 to 18, from 44 countries. AAS offers a curriculum that combines both US and UK best practice. The school is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the New England Association of School and Colleges(NEASC). AAS-Sofia is an authorized International Baccalaureate World School.
