On behalf of our client, an international publishing company with core business in Kids Publishing we are looking for: Accountant based in Sofia.


- Coordinate all accounting activities of the company.
- Collect, analyze, prepare accounting transactions, and interpret accounting data, financial reports, tax -provisions, аnd management reports.
- Ensure the integrity and organization of accounting records to address tax audits.
- Coordinate financial processes in costing, general accounting and tax reporting and invoicing procedures for departmental heads.
- Follow internal/external audits, verifies document accuracy and prepares any special reports requested by the Management executives
- Exchange information and work with IT specialists to coordinate accounting and IT systems

Изисквания и необходими умения

- University degree in Accounting/Economics
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Very good knowledge in accounting, financial and tax legislation
- In-depth knowledge of VAT declaration report, financial statements preparation, financial reporting and control, assignment and monitoring skills for investigating and settling accounting differences, and reconciliations are necessary
- Ability to advise managers on appropriate measures required and to summarize the current financial position by preparing balance sheets and P&L accounts.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (Good command of Greek would be an added advantage)
- A self-driven person with the ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
