outsourcing business – we are looking for Assistant Account Manager
with Czech, Italian, Spanish, German, Russian .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle to all related questions to user support and
troubleshooting via phone and/or email;
* Enter and process client orders;
* Act as a liaison between the client and Account Manager;
* Handle to all related questions to user support and
troubleshooting via phone and/or email;
* Handle Quality Assurance issues that may arise with orders;
* Responsible for effective communication and escalation of the
customers requests.
