We are looking for Chat Support Representatives with German or Italian language for one of our clients. The CSR will be part of an international team and will be acting as first point of contact for customers. If you have a very good level of German or Italian and you have good communication skills – you can apply with us and we will give you all our assistance along the way.
• Handling customers accounts, solving account problems and
providing information via emails, online chat, and very limited use
• Proactive communication with customers and increasing customer retention and value.
