Your responsibilities:
Support users via phone, email or chat;
Consult the users of the platform and provide them with all the information they need;
Deliver premier service, with high standards of excellence;
Ensure first contact resolution and utmost client satisfaction;
Look for ways to constantly improve the processes and the business.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Requirements:
Previous experience on a similar position;
Excellent level of Italian, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Czech, Greek or Chinese;
Fluent level of English;
Excellent communication skills and desire to help the customers;
