Отговорности

• maintaining daily communication with the clients of the company via phone, email or chat
• establishing positive client experience with each contact you communicate
• showing friendly and supportive attitude towards everyone

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Fluent level of Romanian and English
• At least 1 year experience in a call center environment
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
