• Process transactions in a timely and efficient manner
• Meet and exceed all daily targets
• Follow instruction to ensure workflow is completed within SLA
• Support the Team Leader to provide an outsourced client service which meets the Service Delivery Description.
• Report IT issues to the Team Leader as soon as noticed
• Reporting and assisting in resolution of any to day to day queries.
• Undertake all duties in such a manner as to comply with the Company Data Protection Policy
