Your Responsibilities:

International Mobility
• Contribute to the preparation and follow up of various international mobility cases
• Ensure compliance with local legislations for employees’ temporary assignments abroad and permanent transfers | Maintain and improve the process for tracking transfers and ensure policies and procedures are respected
• Coordinate assignments with multiple stakeholders (local HR Officers, HR Managers, etc.)
• Act like a consultant for all International mobility related matters | Ensure consistent application of the International mobility policy worldwide
• Coach and assist in development of new team members
• Run simulation for the compensation packages
• Monitor mobility cost

Share Plan Administration
• Assist with the administration of the company’s equity program and ensure that all equity transactions are accurately processed and settled in a timely manner
• Assist in maintaining all equity-related files and paperwork | compiling various reports to provide accurate reporting to key business partners
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, as needed

Data Management
• Tracking and reporting of the International mobility overall and regional costs
• Monitoring of the benefits and variable payments under International Mobility

Support ad-hoc HR projects or other duties if required
• Support and get involved in the international mobility global and regional projects
• In charge of the data quality for some of the HR processes
• Collaborate with the team in the management of the various process and projects
• Support and perform various projects and duties, as required
• Conduct analyses regarding compensation and benefit programs to meet business objectives
• Support the HR Team with compensation related matters such as job leveling, benchmarking activities, market studies and salary structure analysis and updates
• Play a role in year-end compensation planning process

Their Requirements:
• 3 – 5 yrs experience in compensation and benefits | Experience in International mobility or Stock Administrator
• Proficient experience entering data and using HRIS software
• Excel Proficiency
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Multitasker | Ability to organize your time and to prioritize work
• Problem – solver | Ability to reckon with diversity of issues
• Adaptable and communicative person
