Preparing, grilling, and finishing meats, fish, and vegetables with precision and consistency
Managing the grill station during service, ensuring perfect timing and temperature control
Overseeing mise en place for the grill section, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning
Ensuring all dishes leaving the grill meet the restaurants quality and presentation standards
Monitoring fire, heat levels, and equipment safety throughout the shift
Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain smooth service flow
Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the grill area
Proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients to ensure freshness
Contributing to menu development with ideas for grilled dishes and techniques
Proven experience working on a grill in a professional kitchen (fine dining is a plus)
Strong understanding of grilling techniques, temperatures, and meat/fish doneness levels
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and consistency
Excellent knife skills and knowledge of seasoning, marinating, and flavour balance
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy station independently
Strong teamwork and communication abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Passion for Mediterranean flavours, fire‑cooking techniques, and high‑quality ingredients
