Описание на позицията

• A company that focuses on offering the best gaming technology and experience to end users globally while taking advantage of its media assets to utilize quality traffic channels

Unique features of the position:
• To manage the team as per shift patterns | daily tasks | monthly review and provision of clear directions
• To make monitoring of the customer’s feedback | to improve overall site and product experience | to develop and lead programs for sales to meet conversion and retention goals
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems | to ensure the awareness of any new products and system changes
• To monitor the performance and to motivate team members | to keep high standard of work, assure quality levels are maintained and communicated to all team members

• 2+ yrs experience in similar position | experience in the gaming industry is an advantage
• Very good level of English | written and spoken
• Experience of coaching others to achieve targets and improve performance
• Promoting a vision of excellence and motivating advisors to deliver service excellence
• Confident and persuasive communicator with strong, proactive customer facing skills
