Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the company IT environment - Windows & Linux servers, laptops, printers and VOIP phones.
• Identify, analyze and troubleshoot issues in the IT infrastructure.
• Ensure and implement IT security measures, install and maintain system protection software, anti-virus programs.
• Assist end-users to diagnose and solve their technical hardware and software problems.
• User administration (setup, maintaining and closing of user accounts).
• Periodically review the equipment and renew the old and depreciated parts.
• Constantly follow the new tendencies in the IT field.


Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of networks, software applications and computer technologies (Windows OS, Mac OSX, Windows Server 2012/2016 R2, etc).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Cisco experience is a plus (switching / wireless / security).
• Good level of spoken and written English.
