• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer
• Single point of contact for the customers.
• Ability to react on clients’ requests promptly and in a professional manner (customized price quotations, on-demand deliveries, after sales service etc.);
• Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues.
• Ensure credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitor environment.
• Keep in touch with key accounts on a regular basis and proactively seek to increase business between the two parties;
• Attends industry events to attract new customers;
