The BluePrint BG EOOD is looking for its unique Office Assistant
who will provide secretarial and administrative support to the
management team in a well-organized and timely manner.
The Office Assistant will be also responsible for the smooth running of the office on a daily basis.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications, take messages and routine correspondence;
- Receiving visitors positively at the office reception area by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately;
- Maintains and updates calendars and diary, arranges meetings and appointments and provides reminders;
- Makes reports, presentations and briefs when needed, takes minutes, dictations and accurately enters data;
- Maintains files and documents, organizes and updates them;
- Coordinates the internal and external relations of the company;
- Organizes business trips by making travel arrangements, bookings and hotel accommodations as requested;
- Maintains the office equipment, supplies the office with the necessary goods and consumables, communication with vendors;
- Performs administrative and general office duties assuring effective support to the High Management (CEO, Executive Director and HR Department).
