For one of our clients - international leading company - we are looking for - Outbound Customer Representative with Japanese, Chinese, German.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to current customers such as verifying information and renewals;
* Participate in retaining existing customers and upselling new products;
* Interact with customers, issue orders, and analyze accounts to resolve billing inquiries; negotiate payment options/deposits and provide customers with assistance in obtaining various company products and services;
* Interface with a wide variety of people both internally and externally in a diplomatic manner;
* Take customer calls and emails to resolve customer requests and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction;
* Generate and review reports on a weekly basis while taking appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction;
* Other duties as assigned.
