What will you do?
As this position is part of the Back-Office department, the job holder will be in charge of monitoring internal conduct and making sure that they keep the standards of the company in terms of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Verifies customer service results by measuring skills in the use of scripts while making certain that all agents are working in accordance to company’s SLA and risk policies.
• Performs research and evaluation upon unique request for service and sales calls. Responsible for deducting a full report with clear conclusions in accordance with the company’s risk policies.
