• Build and develop sales network of vinyl flooring panels on the
Balkan market based on trade partners (distribution market);
• Conduct market analysis and on-going monitoring of competition
activities;
• Search and establish business contacts supporting the development
of sales in the subordinate area;
• Utilize influence and negotiation skills to sell and/or place
displays in customer's showrooms;
• Organize meetings, prepare offers, present samples of offered
products and negotiate terms of cooperation;
• Grow market share by increasing sales volume while maintaining
company • approved product margin goals;
• Ensure implementation of sales plans
• Prepare systematic reports of undertaken activities and results
of work and other documentation as required
• Build a positive image of the company and the brand on the Balkan
market
