• Take ownership of all IT related issues.
• Coordinates communication with internal customers with regards to managing, maintaining and supporting End user productivity tools – Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Skype for Business, SharePoint.
• Coordinates and supports the projects and communication with internal customers in regards setting up and maintaining cloud-based Data Center /Amazon. Security, High availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup. (VPN, DMZ, Segregation of networks, Containers, DB as a service, hosted web services etc.)
• Coordinates activities concerning the maintenance of backup, high availability, disaster recovery, incident reporting according to the Company policy
• Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security, etc.
• Provide end‐user support and problem resolution for desktop computers, laptop/notebook computers, printers and other peripheral hardware, and software applications.
• Consult with clients, vendors, and personnel in other departments to discuss, estimate and resolve issues
