Position Summary:
• Contribute to the efficiency of the Finance function (covering cash-management, risk management, treasury
pre-accounting, bank connectivity) through the monitoring of an effective usage of TMS (Treasury
Management System, using FIS solutions QUANTUM and TRAX and the support of its users (located in different hubs across the globe)
• Performing functional support of the TMS (incident, monitoring and change request management) and
collaborating with FPSO team and IT Treasury teams in providing solutions to users
• Monitoring and reporting on business efficiency quality controls in terms of QUANTUM and TRAX usage
• Conducting trainings on QUANTUM and TRAX best practices and core model to ensure continuous
improvement of company Treasury / Accounting functions, identifying systems enhancements, writing functional
specifications and testing the releases
• Working with the Global FSPO Treasury team, finance MDM (master data management) Team, IT support
team in deploying the target process within the tools

Day to day tasks:

Functional Support - 50%
• Actively participate in building the functional support tools (Incident workflow & templates,
shared knowledge database, etc.)
• Qualifying functionally SNOW (tickets tool) ensuring that all requests are correctly qualified
and documented so that resolution process is streamlined
• Participate in non-regression and new release testing

User Training & Communication - 20%
• Prepare and continuously update documentation (user guides, FAQs, training materials)
and manage user knowledge database
• Build user network and manage user community (through new user onboarding, trainings,
newsletters, incident review meetings, etc.)
• Actively participate in project closure transition (training to new user on Support model and
processes), in collaboration with project team

Functional Monitoring - 30%
• Monitor processes & interfaces, and report on associated KPIs
• Maintain log of issues and work proactively with Key users in defining corrective /
improvement actions

Requirements and technical skills:
• 2/3 yrs. of experience working with Accounting/Treasury systems as Power user or system’s Functional manager
• Experience with TMS and ERP applications
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business users’ needs and translate them into system requirements and workflow diagrams
• Strong experience on treasury and accounting process design and best practices
• Knowledge of QUANTUM and TRAX is a plus
• Fluent English, French is a plus
