Your Responsibilities:

International Mobility
Х Contribute to the preparation and follow up of various international mobility cases
Х Ensure compliance with local legislations for employeesТ temporary assignments abroad and permanent transfers | Maintain and improve the process for tracking transfers and ensure policies and procedures are respected
Х Coordinate assignments with multiple stakeholders (local HR Officers, HR Managers, etc.)
Х Act like a consultant for all International mobility related matters | Ensure consistent application of the International mobility policy worldwide
Х Coach and assist in development of new team members
Х Run simulation for the compensation packages
Х Monitor mobility cost

Share Plan Administration
Х Assist with the administration of the companyТs equity program and ensure that all equity transactions are accurately processed and settled in a timely manner
Х Assist in maintaining all equity-related files and paperwork | compiling various reports to provide accurate reporting to key business partners
Х Perform ad-hoc analysis, as needed

Data Management
Х Tracking and reporting of the International mobility overall and regional costs
Х Monitoring of the benefits and variable payments under International Mobility

Support ad-hoc HR projects or other duties if required
Х Support and get involved in the international mobility global and regional projects
Х In charge of the data quality for some of the HR processes
Х Collaborate with the team in the management of the various process and projects
Х Support and perform various projects and duties, as required
Х Conduct analyses regarding compensation and benefit programs to meet business objectives
Х Support the HR Team with compensation related matters such as job leveling, benchmarking activities, market studies and salary structure analysis and updates
Х Play a role in year-end compensation planning process

Their Requirements:
Х 3 Ц 5 yrs experience in compensation and benefits | Experience in International mobility or Stock Administrator
Х Proficient experience entering data and using HRIS software
Х Excel Proficiency
Х Fluent verbal and written English
Х Multitasker | Ability to organize your time and to prioritize work
Х Problem Ц solver | Ability to reckon with diversity of issues
Х Adaptable and communicative person
