Main Responsibilities:
• Resolve technical issues regarding Active Directory, networking, Windows Server, Windows error messages, the company's own software product.
• Make inbound and outbound calls with engineers from the client side.
• Ensure the archive accuracy of the relevant communication, documents, and files related to each case.
• Escalate calls that cannot be resolved locally, as appropriate.
• Answer in-depth technical questions requiring remote troubleshooting and analysis methods/skills.

Requirements:
• First and foremost - be a friendly and kind person.
• 3+ years of technical support experience with Italian.
• Knowledge in networking, Windows Servers, Active Directory, SQL.
• Experience with remote support tools like Teamviewer/equivalent.
• Working level of English.
