We are looking for an Assistant Manager Accounting with English for one of our clients - a leading Finance Services company.


• Overseeing & Managing accounting processes (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Bank, Liabilities, and Intercompany)
• Ensure compliance with the Bulgarian tax legislation and accounting requirements
• Responsible for timely and accurate monthly financial reporting package, which involves ownership of the transactions related to general ledger
Accounts receivable management and validation
• Cash and bank account handling and management
• Preparing the monthly/quarterly/annually tax returns; Half year/annually financial statements according to GAAP
• Supervision and review of the reconciliation of the accounts (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, liabilities)
• Ensures the timely and responsibly accomplishment of other tasks required or assigned by the Supervisor/Company’s Management
• Supporting finance headquarter and other finance departments

Изисквания и необходими умения

• Min. 3 years of work experience within Accounting/Finance/Insurance
• At least 1 year of experience at an International company
• Strong PC skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly strong in MS Excel & Word
• Very good knowledge of Bulgarian applicable laws and regulations, inclusive tax; Knowledge of US GAAP would be a plus
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Economics / Accounting graduate
• Self-disciplined and result oriented
• Eye for detail
• Structure and analytical minded
• Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling personal workflow
• Teamwork/ Managing Self / Adaptability
• Problem Solving & ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in English.
