Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with customers mainly over chat and email.
Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service at all times.
Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process
Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.


Requirements and necessary skills

Excellent knowledge of Polish.
Good knowledge of written English language is a must.
Excellent computer literacy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in client services will be considered a huge advantage.
