Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Providing software & hardware suppor to customers via email and rarely via phone of medical products to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service;
* Maintains and updates customer information as necessary;
* Build strong partnerships with clients and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor;
* Identifying problems quickly and resolving them to provide the best possible outcome for the customer.
